Hi, I’m Malika, founder of Impact-Driven Career Services.
I started this practice after spending more than 20 years working in recruitment, human resources, and international development across public, nonprofit, and private sector organizations. Over that time, I saw a consistent pattern: highly capable professionals doing meaningful work, yet struggling to translate their experience into clear positioning when it came time to move, pivot, or advance.
What began as helping colleagues and peers think through resumes, job transitions, and next steps grew into a focused career strategy practice built around clarity, judgment, and real hiring insight.
At Impact-Driven Career Services, we work with mid-career and senior professionals navigating job searches and career transitions—often during moments that feel uncertain or stalled. Many of our clients come from international development, government, nonprofit, or impact-focused private sector roles.
